Lesson learned:
When purchasing canned salmon, do not buy "traditional" style. It is not the nicely flaked meat you're looking for. It contains skin ... and bones ... and vertebrae. Basically, it's a fish crammed in a can.

Observation:
March in Wisconsin is not pretty. The melting snow has revealed four months of road kill in the ditches. I counted three deer and two cats on the way to Iola yesterday.

Fact:
If you feed a child enough Lucky Charms, her poop will turn blue.
